As a Regional Center vendor, we also support self-determination programs and offer private pay options. Our team of highly trained, caring, and dedicated employees is committed to meeting the unique needs of each participant, ensuring they thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Independent Living Skills (ILS) are essential competencies that empower individuals, particularly young adults, to live independently and efficiently manage daily life tasks without constant support. Our program focuses on a range of skills necessary for successful independent living:
1. Daily Living Skills:
Budgeting: Learning to manage finances, including balancing a checkbook, understanding expenses, and saving.
Meal Planning and Preparation: Developing skills for planning, shopping for, and preparing nutritious meals.
Time Management: Techniques to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks in daily life.
Household Management: Basics of maintaining a clean and organized living environment, including cleaning and laundry.
2. Health and Wellness:
Nutrition: Understanding the basics of a balanced diet and making healthy food choices.
Exercise: Importance of regular physical activity and developing personalized exercise routines.
Mental Health: Awareness and management of mental well-being, including stress management techniques.
3. Social and Interpersonal Skills:

Our Tailored Day Services offer a personalized approach to community engagement and support, facilitating meaningful experiences for our participants. This innovative day program provides up to 20 hours of one-on-one staffing per week, ensuring that each individual receives dedicated and focused assistance tailored to their specific needs and goals. By fostering a supportive and engaging community setting, we empower participants to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build valuable relationships.
The flexibility of our Tailored Day Services allows it to be used in conjunction with Independent Living Skills (ILS) programs, enhancing the learning and development process. Our skilled staff work closely with each participant to design a customized schedule that maximizes enjoyment and personal growth, whether they are exploring new hobbies, engaging in community activities, or working on personal development projects.
Through individualized attention and support, we aim to create a nurturing environment where participants can thrive. Our program emphasizes personal choice and independence, encouraging individuals to pursue their passions while building practical skills for everyday life. Whether it’s fostering new friendships, gaining confidence, or achieving personal milestones, our goal is to enrich the lives of our participants by providing a comprehensive, flexible, and supportive day program.
